Welcome to Cold Spring Farm!

Established in 2011, Cold Spring Farm is a new addition to the lovely, historically agricultural landscape of East Haddam, Connecticut.  The original late 1700's farm site was known as the Dutton Farm, and in the mid-1800's it became known as the Rose Farm. Most recently, it served as the home of the Rose Farm Gallery, owned by Charlie and Debbie Farrow of East Haddam.

This small-scale organic farm came to fruition through a quick word-of-mouth connection and a handshake-deal between landowner and farmer. Started by an East Haddam native named Jessica Stone, Cold Spring Farm has grown to offer a wide variety of organic vegetables, herbs, flowers, and fruits.  They have also begun to expand their growing space to other privately-owned properties in East Haddam and Moodus. With her 18 month-old son, Mason, in tow, Jess will begin sharing the fruits and (vegetables!) of her labor with the local community beginning in 2012.

You will soon be able to find an abundant variety of our mouth-watering produce and fruits, as well as gorgeous herbs and flowers at a number of locations throughout East Haddam and surrounding towns. Please look for us at the local Farmers' Markets, too!  You can also find our products at the local Co-op in Chester, at area restaurants, and at our very own Farm Stand. Please peruse the website for more information....

Thank you for visiting the website of COLD SPRING FARM.  We look forward to meeting you!
